Dear First National
Dear Kate and all those who come under the umbrella of Tamborine Mountain First National Real Estate. I should like the team to know that I was delighted with the professional way you handled the sale of my property-all done in a no-fuss manner, achieving a price that others said was unattainable and within a time-frame that left your peers at the''starting gate'.
Your communications-frequency and relevance-left nothing to be desired. This even extended to contacting neighbouring property owner and helping to sort out an issue involving the overhead telephone cable. You knew what was required and followed through.I realised at the outset that I was dealing with true professionals in the true sense.
I would like to sum up with this observation. You approached me and requested a listing after I had 'closed the door''. I had already listed with three other agents and did not propose to go beyond those
three, subject to a review of their performance after 3 months.
You impressed me sufficiently to lead to me changing my mind. Thus you had to make 2 sales. Firstly,
you had to sell me the idea of listing with you, in the face of my then strategy, then you had to convince
the ultimate purchaser. It's now history that you succeeded on both counts, for which I am extremely grateful.
Dear Blake. A big thank you again for all your help in securing our new home on Lookout Pde. Over the years we have had many dealings with various real estate agents,in 3 states, and we must say that you were by far the easiest to get along with. At every turn you were the consummate proffecional and an absolute gentleman who showed wisdom beyond his years, both Simon and myself would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone and will do so at every opportunity.
M and S, Friend.
Dear Blake Wallis.Sincere thanks for being so helpful whilst purchasing our new home in Tolima Drive.Well done and please stay in touch
